Each organized EXPO is considered an annual event. This simply means that organizers and exhibitors get 12 months of usage with their booth and auditorium (depending on which package is purchased).

Exhibitors can only participate in an organized expo and must purchase entry into the expo. There is no free entry. Exhibitors usually have an invitation from an organizer.
